Here is the list of tools that I used.

- Nipper
-
- Zip ties
- Screw drivers
Well, I just couldn’t wait for all the parts to arrive, so I started do some preparations.
Here are my steps that I took to build. Please let me know any suggestions.
*Make sure to plan ahead where you want to tuck away all the wires.
1. Making motherboard stand
-
- I cut off some of “rail cover” which will be used as GPUs stand in small pieces of 4. Made a few holes on them with dremel and zip tied on the plastic crate. I made a little slit under the plastic crate so that zip ties can stay still in a place and also the plastic crate doesn’t rock.
Here is the finished image of motherboard stand.
This is how motherboard sits on top of the stand.
2. Plastic crate prep
-
- Now, we need to cut away some part of crate so that DVI ports can be accessed. Place a GPU and mark where plastic will be cut off.
After cut away 3 parts and placed GPU with GPU stand for the fitment.
3. Motherboard placement
-
-
I made a hole on the side of crate for zip tie to fit. This will fix the motherboard.
4. PSU placement
-
- For my build, I decided to place the PSU on the side of the crate.
5. GPU stand
-
- Make 2 holes on each side of plastic stand and zip tie them.
6. GPU placement
-
- Placed 1st GPU. Screwed it down with #4 3/8 metal screw.
-
- Make sure the DVI-VGA adapter clears the cut.
7. Etc
- After placing hard drive (for Windows), all you have left to do with the rig is to install software.
8. Complete!!!
Currently running 700+ KH/s on each card at ~70 C. Very stable! =]

Great instructions for building a nice looking mining rig. This is just what I was looking for. Nice work.
Thank you. I am going to post up my 2nd rig in a few weeks. I have made a few changes for better layout for airflow. Stay tuned! =]
