I have been a long member of eBay since the late 1990s, a few years after eBay was created. I sold and bought many items. I personally think that I prefer eBay over Amazon due to the competitive price. Yes, Amazon offers “free” shipping. Why “free”? Since you are either paying monthly or yearly subscription fee. I do not consider it as “free” shipping as I do not purchase from Amazon as much. Only the downside of eBay is that many items are shipped from China and it takes weeks to arrive. As long as you are not in a rush of using the item, you can get many items much cheaper!
Anyhow, each purchase I make from eBay, I get at least 1% return from eBay Bucks. I also get another at least 1% return from Ebates. Time to time, Ebates give up to 7% return from eBay. Currently, Ebates is offering 2% cash back.
If you use the following link (https://www.ebates.com/r/DELSOL76?eeid=29041&utm_source=extension&utm_medium=raf_link), you get $10 after spending $25.
As soon as your rebate accumulates to $5, they send you a physical check that you can deposit to your bank. You can also download the Ebates’ Google extension. Whenever you visit any shipping sites that Ebates is associated with, an automatic popup will notify you that you are eligible for cash back rebates. Pretty good.
