If you ever have done a bitcoin transaction, you know how slow it is to either send or receive bitcoin to/from a bitcoin wallet. This is because of the technology of Blockchain. The new future cryptocurrency transactions are going to be the Hashgraph.
I will try to elaborate the way I understood the Hashgraph.
It’s called ‘Gossip Protocol’. Let’s say, a computer A created a transaction. It talks to another computer B. Then, the computer B talks back the transaction that created by the computer A and at the same time computer B tells the computer A that other transactions that B knew before. When the computer B talks to a computer C, then the computer C receives all the messages that computer A and B heard about, then talks back to computer A and B about other transactions that computer C knew about. This talking back and forth each other happens almost simultaneously to all the neighboring computers throughout the world. It wound weird but this type of transmitting message is very quick and the most efficient way to spread information. This makes bitcoin transaction much quicker and much efficient. The Hashgraph not only records the amount, but it also stores the time of the transaction and who created the transaction. Amazing technology.
Hum… maybe this Bitcoin event is much bigger than what others anticipated.
